Alder develops a musky and sweet smoke that leans to savory in profile, particularly popular for Salmon and other Seafood. Also used for light meats, Alder generally pairs well with Poultry and Pork. Can add savory flavors to vegetables!
This product has been kiln-dried and is suitable for long term storage and use. This product is comprised of chunks derived from milled planks. Please see product pictures for examples. Use your hardwood responsibly!
