Pear Wood Chips
Pear Wood is a mild variety, with some similarities to Apple Wood, but with the sweetness cranked up a notch or three. We find this an excellent match for sausage and fish, while being similar to Apple Wood on Rib and Shoulder cuts. Excellent for Grill Top smoking in the smallest format.
