Almost everyone is familiar with Hickory smoke flavor if they eat Bacon! Hickory is a classic smoking wood for good reason, it imparts a sweet but typically strong flavor that stands up well to BBQ sauce and spice rubs. It also produces a lovely color in most smoked foods, especially Pork. An American favorite!
This product has been kiln-dried and is suitable for long term storage and use. This product is comprised of chunks derived from milled planks. Please see product pictures for examples. Use your hardwood responsibly!
